September 14, 2007GS Yuasa Lithium Power (GYLP) today announced a contract award from Eagle Picher for the supply of LSE100 Li ion cells to Eagle Picher for a satellite application. The GS Yuasa Li ion technology will be incorporated by Eagle Picher Technologies into a fully integrated and space qualified battery system to be delivered to Orbital Sciences.
